What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone number and order details. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor; we do not see or store them.

We use this information to take payment, ship orders, email tracking, handle returns and answer support requests. If you opt in to our email list, we may send smart-ring care tips and product updates.

Who we share it with

We share information with Shopify, our payment processor and the carrier delivering your parcel. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Retention

Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.

Smart rings, chargers and accessories

Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. It may have been unboxed and tested so you can decide whether it suits you. It must be clean and undamaged.

Restocking fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in their proper condition.

How to start a return

Email support@ringandroutine.com with your order number and reason for returning. We will reply with instructions. Do not send anything back before hearing from us.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping you paid, and cover return shipping.

Wrong size or incompatible accessory

Compatibility information on each product page follows the manufacturer’s specifications. If you ordered the wrong ring size or an accessory that does not fit your ring, the 30-day return conditions above apply. If our page gave incorrect size or compatibility information, we cover the return in full.

Shipping Policy

Every order includes tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. If an order will take longer than 10 business days, we email you before it ships so you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The full total, including shipping and taxes, is shown before you confirm your order.

Order changes and wrong addresses

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order or correct an address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Delays outside our control

Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can extend delivery beyond 7–10 business days. We keep you updated by email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will replace it or refund you in full.

We describe each product by its model, finish, size and SKU. Compatibility statements follow the manufacturer’s specifications. We are an independent retailer and do not claim affiliation with or authorization from Oura.

Safe use — smart rings and chargers

Read the manufacturer’s instructions before first use. Use the charger specified for your ring model and size. Do not modify the ring or charger or use damaged charging equipment. Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning and care instructions. Contact us before use if you are unsure about compatibility.

Manufacturer warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage is governed by the manufacturer’s terms. We do not represent the manufacturer and cannot determine its warranty coverage. Our return policy is separate from any manufacturer warranty.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in USD and may change. If an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly after you order, we contact you to offer a replacement or full refund. We will not charge a different price without asking first.

Orders we may decline

We may decline or cancel orders when stock is unavailable, an order appears fraudulent or we cannot ship to the address provided. If payment has been taken, we refund it in full.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law does not allow that limit.
